Captains Par 3 Course

Par 3 Course with holes from 70yds to 165yds

Excellent course from beginners to learn the fundamentals of the game up to regular experienced players, honing their short game skills. With holes ranging from as little as 70 yds to full blown shots to 165 yds. This course brings all the skills required for the game of golf and prepares you for the next two courses.

1st 75yds — Par 3 S/I 9

Nice easy opening par 3.

2nd (115 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 7

A relatively easy downhill par 3. A good shot can be pitched all the way to the green and even a miss hit ball may get lucky and roll all the way down to the green.

3rd (165 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 3

Full shot and concentration required for this one. Green slopes severely right to left so be careful you don’t leave yourself above the hole.

4th (140 yards) — Par 3 S/I 5

Careful not to pull to the left or you will get you into a world of trouble. Plateau green with 2 large bunkers to the right.

5th (165 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 1

Nice inviting par 3 . Slopes left to right but careful of the bunker short

6th (127 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 2

Don’t be deceived by the length. All up hill and over a heather scrape. Dont miss right otherwise another heather scrape is waiting for the errant shot.

7th (118 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 4

Tee is located in the heather scrape with a small carry to get over it. Sloping left to right greenwith ground under repair heather scrape to catch your ball on the right.

8th (128 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 6

Straight forward tee shot with a heather scrape behind the green. A couple of over hanging trees to combat if you’re looking to fly all the way to the green.

9th (70 yards) Hole — Par 3 S/I 8

Nice gentle finish, with an elevated green which drops off sharply at the back.
